Absolutely fantastic! It was such an easy process to get an appointment. So friendly and understanding from the first phone call! Booking via a link sent to me made it super simple to fit in with my schedule. The surgery it’s self was super easy to find and I was greeted at the door. Welcomed by the loveliest receptionist. Dr Shaheen was amazing! So calm and reassuring. He talked me through the entire process. Showing me my X-rays and explaining exactly what was going on. I also loved the fact that he spoke to me about all of the options available. For me especially it was his level of detail regarding future problems that could arise and correction work that could be done now to prevent future issues! I don’t think I’ve ever had a dentist show that level of care. He is definitely passionate about his patients and his work! Very thankful I’ve found him!

My hygiene appointment went very good, the receptionist was very nice and Mr Shaheen did excellent job. I highly recommend this clinic, good price and excellent service. See you guys soon.

Had a dental emergency and got a same day appointment within an hour and had my broken tooth fixed the dentist was calm and professional and explained the process and no hidden costs , reasonably priced and good work highly recommend

Shaheen was very friendly and professional. I went for a cleaning and he talked me through the whole process and checked to see if I was feeling any pain. Left with pearly whites! Highly recommend this place to anyone thinking of going.

Very good dentist and gentle

1st time at this practice went for a composite bonding consultation came away very happy whilst there i had a filling and a deep clean I was kept informed as to what was going on through the whole process so have decided to go ahead with the bonding in a couple of weeks thanks to shaheen and his lovely nurse (sorry didn't catch her name)made the journey from newcastle worthwhile 🥰

I had my tooth removed here today, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole team were incredibly kind, respectful and professional from start to finish. They were very patient, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the procedure.

I was quite nervous before having my tooth removed, but their calm and friendly approach made such a big difference. You can really tell that they care about their patients and take their work seriously.

Thank you so much to the whole team for the excellent care. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dental practice where you are treated with respect and kindness. Absolutely brilliant service! ❤️
